Jewelry & Pottery Info/Care:
Jewelry Materials:
All of our jewelry is made of the finest materials available. Each piece description lists all the materials used for that piece. All of our charms and chains are either sterling silver, 99% fine silver, gold-filled or 14kt.
Jewelry Care:
It is suggested to always remove jewelry pieces when showering or swimming. Prolonged exposure to water can cause beads/charms to dull and the stringing wire (specifically bracelets) to become brittle, which will cause breakage. Please also remove your child’s jewelry before bathing and sleeping.
Perfume, hairspray, and body lotions/sprays can cause the jewelry components to dull or discolor.
Jewelry Repairs:
If something should happen during normal wear of your MackenzieMiller jewelry that affects its beauty or wear ability, contact us and we will figure out the best way of going about repairing it
Pottery Materials:
All of our custom pottery is non-toxic and completely safe to eat off of.
Pottery Care:
Although our pottery is quite sturdy, we still find it is best to hand wash. Constant cleaning in the dishwasher leads to crazing (hair line cracks) in the glaze.
