What is your return policy?
We cannot refund payments on custom orders, however we do want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to make things better. Of course if there is an error on our behalf we will certainly correct it! 800-700-7725
How long will my order take?
Each item on our website lists an estimated shipping time. Rule of thumb is that custom beaded jewelry normally ships within 24-48 hours, any hand made silver charms and pottery about 1-2 weeks. We do not offer “Rush” orders but if you have a request give us a shout and we’ll see what we can do.
How long will my order take during the holidays?
Around the holidays please account for potential delays when placing your order. We try our very best to keep to our estimated ship times listed for each product, but it can get a little crazy around here! Please also note that shipping carriers are bogged down at this time and can add to delays as well. If an order is suspected to take much longer than usual we will contact you asap.
What are your shipping options?
You can choose your preferred method of shipping when you check-out. We offer USPS Priority and Express, as well as UPS options. Shipping is always free on orders of $75 or more, except on International Orders. USPS Priority Mail generally takes 3-5 business days and USPS Express 1-2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are more than happy to ship international orders. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for delivery as these orders must go through customs. USPS Priority DOES NOT offer tracking for international mailings, only USPS Express and UPS offer tracking so keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.
