RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Mackenzie Miller purchase please return your unworn/unused item within 7 days and we will gladly issue you a credit toward another item of your choosing. All special orders and personalized items (pottery and jewelry) are final sale, except of course if there is an error on our behalf. Any mistakes done by us will be corrected and reshipped upon receipt of the item being redone.
If you do wish to return your item for an exchange/credit, please contact customer service and request a Return Manufacturers Authorization number (RMA). No exchanges/credits will be issued without an RMA number. Please make a copy of your invoice, clearly write your RMA number on it and include it with the merchandise you are returning. All return shipments must be pre-paid, we will not except COD deliveries. If you know what you would like to exchange your item for, please include that information on the copy of your invoice along with your RMA number.
REPAIRS
If something should happen during normal wear of your Mackenzie Miller jewelry that affects its beauty or wear ability, send it back to us and we will provide you with an estimate to repair it. If a stringing wire should break, please try to find all of the pieces and send it back to us and we will restring it for you at no charge. If pieces are missing, we will replace them for a minimal charge.
RESIZING CHARGES
There will be a restringing charge for any custom/personalized piece that needs to be resized due to an error on behalf of the customer. Please be sure of the size before you order.
RE-STRINGING CHARGES:
Single Strand - $10.00 Double Strand - $15.00 Triple Strand - $20.00
JEWELRY CARE
Always remove jewelry pieces when showering or swimming. Prolonged exposure to water can cause the beads to dull and the stringing wire to become brittle, which will cause breakage. It is also a good idea to remove your Mackenzie Miller bracelet before bathing your babies or washing the dishes.
Do not apply perfume, hairspray (or other hair products), or body lotion on or near the jewelry or hair accessories. These substances can cause the beads to dull or discolor.
Prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight can cause colors to fade.
